Allan Edwards is the president of the company. His roots in construction extend back to the mid ‘60s, and led him to start the company in 1974. Since that time, Allan has built almost 300 new homes. His passion for building new homes is unsurpassed in the custom home market in Houston. His experience, longevity, and leadership has led his company to be recognized as one of the leading builders in Houston.
Trisha McGaw is our interior design specialist. She works directly with the client to facilitate selections of finishes, fixtures, appliances, and flooring, as well as assisting in any design challenge that might arise during construction. When the seas become stormy and overwhelming with all the possible choices, she calms the rough waters. She has a degree in interior design from the University of Texas and has worked to create fashionable new homes for 20 years.
Bill Loper is our construction coordinator. He works in the office to facilitate all of the back office tasks associated with building homes. Bill is also the company’s comptroller, furnishing clients with all financial and job costs reports as needed. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 15 years and holds his degree from Sam Houston State University.
Barbara Loper is the office coordinator and bookkeeper. She handles customer service and accounts payable. In addition to working in the construction industry, she has a background in education. Barbara attended Baylor University.
Felix Angel is a construction superintendent and customer service coordinator with 10 years of experience in our company. Prior to his job as a building superintendent, he worked in the mechanical trades. He is passionate about building homes and has a keen eye for detail.
RS (Dick) Davies is an accomplished senior level construction Project Manager with a degree from the University of North Texas. Dick is results-oriented, with 35 years of experience in construction management. Dick holds a verifiable track record for the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. He is skilled in coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.
Albert Salazar is our warranty specialist. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Albert is a true “jack of all trades” with a working knowledge of all aspects of construction including carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
Robert Hamlin works with us in marketing our homes. His overall knowledge of local residential real estate is unmatched. He has been a licensed broker for 30 years, and in recent years he has been a top producer with Martha Turner Properties. He specializes in the Memorial, Tanglewood, and River Oaks neighborhoods.
Lupe Valdez & David Pinon are long time in-house employees who keep our jobsites organized and clean and assist us in creating a great product.
We have assembled a great team of very talented people who enjoy what they do; however, the core of our operation rest in the hands of our craftsmen, many of whom have been with us for fifteen years or more, in a few instances over 30 years.
The wide range of knowledge and experience each of our team members bring is evident in the homes we build. This enables us to form solid relationships with our homeowners that continue well past the completion of their home. We have even had the opportunity of building a second time for some of our clients.
The long-lasting relationships my team has been able to create with our homeowners over the years is a testament of how much pride we take in being able to deliver one-of-a-kind homes with trust, integrity and excellence.
