Proper and ongoing maintenance is essential in retaining the value of your home. We are committed to assisting our clients in maintaining their homes with the same skill and care that went into building it. 

In addition to our industry-best warranty, our Customer Care team is available to assist our clients with any service or repairs needed for their homes that fall outside of our warranty. This program addresses the care and maintenance of dozens of systems and elements of the home. Our Customer Care plan begins with regular inspections using an extensive and comprehensive checklist we have developed. From these inspections, along with any client input, we develop a task list of items we take care of.

In addition to scheduled maintenance we also offer a Small Project Service to our existing clients for small jobs and projects that may fall below our usual minimum. We employ in-house technicians who are skilled in carpentry, painting, and other trade specialties.
